Apple Announces Ultracompact USB Adapter Exchange Program
CUPERTINO, California—September 19, 2008—Apple® today announced that under certain conditions the new ultracompact Apple USB power adapter’s metal prongs can break off and remain in a power outlet, creating the risk of electric shock.

Steven P. Jobs in September 2003, before he had surgery to remove a tumor on his pancreas, and in June of this year, right. Recently rumors surfaced that Mr. Jobs was sick again.
It was a little over three years ago that Mr. Jobs spoke those existential words, in a commencement address at Stanford. His thoughts about death came during a portion of his speech in which he publicly discussed — for the one and only time, so far as I can tell — his brush with pancreatic cancer. New iPhone hits shelves
