how did you manage that? I had to edit the .plist files to do it. Unless its an unlocked version and the sim inside is smart, only then will the apn
settngs come out. Because smart is unsupported. (not unless you edited the plist files)

The APN editing update is a free update from the latest iTunes (with internet connection) when you connect your iPhone with Globe sim.
For postpaid users, after installing, use the default Globe APN setting.
For prepaid users, you can download and install the Globe Prepaid APN Profile using wifi in your iPhone through: https://iphone.globe.com.ph/config
/>
Note: restart your iPhone after installing the update/config/profile.
APN can then be edited in: Settings->General->Network->Cellular Data Network->
The APN editing is used to deactivate the Globe 3G/EDGE signal by making the APN in error (like missing a letter).
To use Globe 3G/EDGE, just correct the APN to...
postpaid: internet.globe.com.ph
prepaid: http.globe.com.ph
Why do you need this APN editor: so you can turn off and turn on both Globe 3G/EDGE as you wish, to avoid escalating Globe bills.
Hope this helps! =)
